Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When you cancel late or do not show, that time cannot be filled by another guest. Please review the following policy carefully before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling     •    Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.     •    Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.     •    Same-day cancellations will be treated as late cancellations. No-Shows     •    Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.     •    No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.     •    Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of future appointments. Late Arrivals     •    Please arrive on time for your appointment.     •    Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to maintain the quality of service for all clients.     •    Late arrivals may be shortened or canceled and will still be subject to the cancellation fee. Deposits & Payment Authorization     •    A valid card is required to book appointments.     •    By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, late, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.     •    Deposits (if required for certain services) are non-refundable and applied toward your service total. Emergency Situations We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises. Emergency exceptions are handled at the discretion of the business. Policy Acknowledgement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of reason for cancellation.
